Sunlight and Epilepsy. Not the best combination. Whether it bounces off a rooftop or pulsates through trees, finding appropriate sunlight protection can often feel like a chore. Total in prescription glasses with sunglasses and you can end up spending too much. Where do you go and how can you spend less? Here are some feasible options for the sunglasses blues.
- Zennie Optical. https://www.zennieoptical.com Zennie offers some cute and affordable sunglasses which are lightweight and incredibly stylish. You can even get FL-40 tints on them to help block out those terrible artificial light triggers. Polarized lenses are available too. (If you are like me and get vertigo from polarized lenses when you try to look at your cell phone, I do not advise it.) You can add in your prescription (ask your optometrist for your prescription). The cost overall? Anywhere between $20 and $40. Not too bad. You also get a cute glasses case for them and some neat cleaner thrown in. Pretty awesome! For a few bucks more, you can create your custom brand name for your sunglasses.
- 39 Dollar Glasses. https://www.39dollarglasses.com They have glasses for, you guessed it, 39 dollars. Name brand glasses are available. You can also get some amazing deals too. My favorite was the two pairs of glasses for $99. I bought the Neurolux name brand FL-41 glasses. I got a darker shade for bad migraine days and a lighter shade for good less strenuous migraine days.
